This beautiful property is in the northern suburbs, nestled beneath towering trees and overlooking the city, with table mountain in the distance. The three bedrooms are all fitted with luxurious beds and linen and have unlimited wifi. Be blissfully unaware of load shedding with solar/inverter generated power supply. Edgehill is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping malls and access to the N3 is only one kilometre away, yet one still has the feeling of being away from it all.

Family Country Cottage near Nottingham Road

Paddocks Cottage on Newstead Farm nestles in the rolling hills near Nottingham Road. Here you can find dams for boating and bass fishing, a tennis court and 25ha of indigenous forest! This rural smallholding farm with Nguni Cows and retired horses has a significant history from the 1840's and gives you the chance to experience the true peace and tranquillity of the countryside, but yet is very central to top restaurants, golf courses, wedding venues and schools. The farm runs on solar power.

We like to think that we have the best of both worlds here at Yellowwoods! The benefits of farm life, yet easy access to cafes, restaurants, bicycles trails, farmers markets, golf courses and schools. Only 2kms off the N3, we are easily accessible and very easy to find. We are a little farm so expect a bit of ‘farm noise’ about and general day-to-day goings on. We are 5km on the old Curry's Post Road from Terbodore & a short 12km drive into Nottingham Road. We love our dogs, all 6 of them. Smooches, Chino, Toffee, Peanut, Jelly Bean & Lady.) If dogs are not for you, then our cottage is not recommended.
