The special feature of this apartment is its location, vis-à-vis the park, at the level of its treetops, overlooking “Schlossberg”, cathedral and the well known clock tower. Check-in and communication were easy. Huge apartment with a great location, about a 10-minute walk to the Bim. The surroundings are quiet and yet close to the center. Everything essential is there, including a parking space. We would have liked a few more options for darkening, but you can always find something and that should not cloud the overall impression.

We had a really comfortable stay for a few days. Apart from the initial surprise of the shared entrance, the apartment is comfortable, very nicely decorated, and has good amenities. There is a very nice parking place, lovely neighbourhood, good bakeries and supermarkets nearby. I would come back.

The balcony features a wooden table surrounded by four matching folding chairs, offering a space for outdoor relaxation. A slatted canopy provides partial shade, and the surrounding railing offers unobstructed views of the rooftops. A wooden floor adds warmth to the area.

The apartment is perfect for things to do in Graz. Walking to the old town is no problem and if you are a bit on foot, you can take the tram, which stops right in front of the house. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are a good size and the balcony invites you to linger. We really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back again.

A beautiful loft, modern, clean and quiet with great amenities! Good location: you can reach the city center in a few minutes on foot. Milena is a very friendly host who cares about the well-being of her guests. She proactively looked after us. Thank you for everything, dear Milena!
