Extremely comfortable seating furniture, stereo system, cable radio and TV, fireplace in addition to central heating. Approximately 10 minutes' walk to Ostbahnhof, approximately 15 minutes to the pedestrian zone, approximately 5 minutes to the local recreation area. Lockable bicycle shed.

The apartment with fantastic views comprises the entire attic of my house. It is located in a quiet location in Lamspringe directly on the edge of the forest and is completely newly renovated. Golden apartment on the estate

Stylish one-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom from where you can watch the pigs in the open-air while showering. On our estate there are many other animals to admire - chickens (also roosters!!!! that means the alarm clock in the morning "rings" sometimes a little earlier), geese, running ducks, horses, quails... There is also a small farm shop and there is always a place to grill or a campfire.

The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.
