Liverpool Manchester Preston Southport all within easy reach. We are within walking distance to Ormskirk hospital & Edge Hill University. Also easy countryside walks.

Each room has a thermostatic radiator Ample parking space for large vehicle or several vehicles NB no cooking facilities.

Pretty annexe property nestled behind the main house. Very quiet location set within the garden space. Off road parking Semi rural location yet a 5 minute walk to the local convenience store. Beautiful Churchtown village only a 5 minute drive or 15 minutes walk away, with pubs, restaurants, & independent shops etc. Southport town centre and famous Lord Street a 15 minute drive. Close to many of Southport’s prestigious golf courses and yearly flower show. Great local cycling and walking.

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

It’s a 1 minute walk to amazing independent shops, pubs and restaurants. There is a swimming pool and play park within walking distance. There are nice woodland walks. There is a red squirrel nature reserve. You can have days out to Crosby, Southport, Liverpool, Manchester and Blackpool too.

A single storey self catering cottage will accommodate two people and is ideally suitable for guests with minor mobility issues. The lounge and the kitchen area are combined creating a cosy feeling. The bedroom with en suite bathroom, leads directly from the lounge and features a patio doors to access the patio with chairs and beautiful gardens.
