The place was nice and just as I had expected from the pictures! The host was very responsive and helpful. There were also a lot of peacocks in the neighborhood which was cool.

Absolutely wonderful home from the spacious surroundings inside to the peaceful screened porch with comfy couches to socialize and relax. This house was perfect for the 5 of us! Our host kept in touch and offered suggestions and tips to enjoy Dunedin. The pass to Honeymoon Island was a great perk!! We LOVED this fantastic home!!

We had the most amazing stay at Frank’s, from the moment we booked until check out, we were made to feel very comfortable and welcome. The space was immaculate and fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen, beautiful bedding and the bathroom had plenty of towels and extras in case we forgot anything. Frank and his family were quick to respond if we had any questions. My husband needed to fly home in an emergency and I didn’t hesitate and felt very safe staying there. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful and we were able to sit and enjoy some time outside soaking up the sun. We will defintely book with Frank and stay in the cozy space again. We stayed at Scott’s townhouse for 2 nights! Such a peaceful neighbourhood with everything you need at arms reach for food, entertainment etc.. Scott was very accommodating and communicative throughout our stay and even suggested popular local spots for night life to ensure we got the full experience. The rental unit was clean, spacious and had that “home” feeling. I would also like to add that I clean Airbnb’s for a living and I was impressed on the cleanliness 👏 Scott, thank you so much for our stay you were a wonderful host!
