Nice, family-friendly house with large garden

Beautiful house surrounded by vineyards with lovely rooms, large kitchen and wild garden with trampoline, cable car and swing. There is a wood-burning stove, room for many around the large plank table and plenty of opportunity to both relax on the sofa, in the bathtub or play badminton in the garden and board games in the living room. There are bedrooms, a children's room with a dinosaur bed and a guest room with peace and quiet in the living room. We use the house as a vacation home with our children and welcome everyone who wants to have a familiar and nice time.

The house is part of Theater Møn, a former school, which is a theater and cultural center, where theater performances are regularly held, and various events are held, but it takes place in the other houses of the place. The villa for rent is the old inspector's house, completely renovated, with its own exit to the garden. It is newly renovated and tastefully decorated and suitable for one or more families renting the house together.

From the two terraces, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the 3000 m², partially natural property (ginster) and the landscape. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs towards Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.
