we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! The "Kleine Kammer" is part of a 300-year-old, family-run thatched-roof house – a place full of history, tranquility and sea air. It covers two floors and offers country house flair with a large kitchen, low living room, two bedrooms. The furnishings are deliberately kept simple. Many pieces of furniture are antique or from earlier decades – they preserve the original character of the house. The courtyard is lined with old fruit trees and roses – a retreat for nature lovers.

Cozy semi-detached house "Hase" Ummanz / Rügen

The accommodation is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-trained dog up to knee height can be brought along, please inquire before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbit). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from December 22nd to April 5th 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with modern charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. There are now 3 more apartments in the house for guests. There is ample parking space located in front of the property. The apartment is a converted farm worker's cottage of the Frankenthal estate with strong visible beams. The original character has been preserved, but the furnishings are contemporary and modern. My place is right behind the dune of the Baltic Sea beach of Juliusruh. You'll love my place because of the proximity to the beach, the sea view from the balcony, Wi-Fi, sauna, washing machine and dryer in the house.
