Bilel was a great host amd communicated very well. we didn't stay in his apartment as it was flooded. He organised for us to stay in the flat above, which was just as great. he took care of all that arrangements. - great apartment, we enjoyed as a family. - great views and location was perfect to walk everywhere. - close to good restaurants. - good walks around promenade. - heating was good for winter. - good security. Very helpful. Felt safe. Thanks to Bilel for making the trip really pleasant.

Luxury 1BR with Large Wooden Terrace – Monastir

A place to stay that feels like home. Modern, cozy, very well equipped kitchen. Towels and linens are sufficiently available. Also basic equipment such as toilet paper, rinsing and cleaning utensils, detergent for the washing machine, iron, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, soap... everything was available. The only small criticism - we washed the dishes and cutlery again before use, it did not make the cleanest impression. However, this is probably more to do with the previous tenants and really hardly matters. The contact with Atef was great. Always extremely quick answers, very caring, accommodating and helpful. All in all a very successful stay. 100% recommendation! Thanks for the great stay!

Amazing place. Fell in love with it at first sight. The area is walkable and very alive at all times; has good options to dine in. You have everything you need in and out of the place. I also recommend taking a day trip on the boats to Kuriat Island. Rafik was very responsive and gave detailed instructions for the check in. Thank you once again for the stay and hospitality!

Such a beautiful apartment with an incredible sea view. Located within easy walking distance of restaurants and cafes as well as Monastir centre and local sight seeing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. The apartment itself is beautiful, stylish, clean and has all you could need. Nadine and her family and friends are responsive, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I will hopefully make this a regular home from home in Monastir. Thank you Nadine I am forever greatful.

I booked this apartment for my mother and she was extremely satisfied with her stay. Mohamed Ali was an exceptional host, very welcoming and always available to meet his needs. The space was spotless, well appointed, and comfortable, exactly as described in the advertisement. My mother felt at home thanks to Mohamed Ali's attention and kindness. 5 stars. Our family of 5 stayed a few nights in Monastir and loved the apartment. Spacious apartment, modern features (best shower I've had in a long time), comfortable beds, great location right on the sea, and wonderful views! We appreciated the black-out blinds for sleeping. There is a bit of construction noise early in the morning, so ear plugs help. The WiFi was on the slow side (comparable to other places we visited in Tunisia), but reliable. We had a great stay and would book again if we return to Monastir.

Beautiful 3 bedroom with sea view

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were warmly welcomed. The apartment was very nice. The apartment is ideal for families with 2-3 children. The apartment has heating, air conditioning and hot water (even at night). Although we had always eaten out in good restaurants, pots and dishes would be available. The apartment is located in the upscale neighborhood. The old mosque, the sea as well as the center are nearby. Outdoor parking spaces are available. For guests without a car, taxis pass every minute. The apartment is quiet. We had 1-2 private challenges in Monastir during our vacation, the host went out of his way to support us, had solutions and was helpful. All in all, I have to say since I know Monastir relatively well and had stayed there for some time in my young years, I would recommend the apartment immediately for the above reasons. The apartment is on the top floor (4th floor incl. Elevator) on the south/west side and has a huge balcony with great views all the way to the sea. The living room is huge with attached, open kitchen. In the living room there is a spacious sitting area with sofa bed sufficient for 2 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped including a oven. The spacious bedroom has its own separate bathroom with shower/toilet. There is another bathroom with bath/toilet to the living/kitchen area. There is air conditioning in the living room as well as the bedroom. There is even a separate heater in all rooms (floor heating with hot water). The bed is big and I slept great. All windows including balcony access can be electrically darkened. If you arrive by car, you will find private parking directly in front of and next to the building. Sitting on the balcony in the evening and enjoying the sunset is phenomenal! - Clear recommendation for everyone! (*****)

Beautiful clean and well located apartment in the city center with rental station and store nearby. Very good interaction with Hajer and concerned for the well-being of his guests, thank you for that. The only small downside was the noise of the roosters at the bottom of the building, it resonates enormously and little disturbed your sleep. But I enjoyed traveling to this apartment that was up to my expectations. See you soon

We had a pleasant stay at Salim's in Mahdia. The accommodation is close to historic monuments and shops on foot. The apartment is located in a peaceful area and residence. We were hosted very well by Salim's uncle as well as his wife. I would highly recommend it. The beach for a summer stay is a 3-minute walk away.

Impeccable accommodation. However, for winter, as today in January, central heating (in the living room) is available and works to heat, but the bathroom and bedroom heating does not work (to be repaired and checked for the next vacationers). Otherwise, overall the location and the apartment are peaceful, and we are satisfied for a short stay. Thank you ☺️

We felt welcome and comfortable. Anastasia was nice and easy to reach when we needed. The building is in a great location near to everything you need and close to the beach. I would come back for sure and i definitely recommend it.

In fact, on this subject, the son found me on the last day a driver to drop me off at Monastir airport because things important to know. When you're in madhia Taxi drivers are not allowed to get to Monastir The view from this apartment is absolutely breathtaking

Great stay at Walid's, the apartment looks like the photos, very tidy and especially spacious and very well located. Walid is really friendly and accommodating, we asked to leave a little later, he agreed:) I recommend this host and we plan to come back next summer 😊

Very nice spacious apartment. Our host Mohamed was very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out were also easily possible outside the specified time window (as no other guests). We almost always had the communal pool to ourselves. The security also always helped us and was very nice. We highly recommend staying as a group.

Best value in Monastir, among the rare apartments where you will feel at home. Secure location and next to the sea, the host was super nice and exceptionally responsive and warm.
