Exceptional location, a few steps from the city center, three-way house, very pleasant to live in, splendid views of the Gulf and the waterfront of the medina . The owner's representative was very available and efficient in responding to our requests , but we missed a corkscrew ....

We had a good time at Olfa's place. He was kind enough to pick us up at the Louage Station so getting to the apartment was a breeze. When we arrived he gave us a brief tour and left us with a nice plate of fruit. :-) Everything about our stay was fine and matched our expectations for an AirBnB in Tunisia. The WiFi and the A/C worked and we even had water 24/7, which is not always a given in Tunisia! Olfa was very responsive whenever we had any questions. The neighborhood is not all that exciting, but you can certainly find bakeries, cafés, shops, (small) supermarkets, and restaurants in the area and you can easily walk to some nearby beaches.

Large and well-equipped apartment, in a great area near the historic center of Mahdia within walking distance. Wissem was very kind and recommended nice places to see and good restaurants in the area

Alouane's house is a beautiful traditional house, perfect for breathing in the typical Tunisian atmosphere: around a central patio, where you can relax, the living room and the large rooms, each with bathroom. Very close to the beautiful sea of Madhia, it was the perfect location for our large family.

Excellent communication with the host. We were always asked about our well-being and tips for restaurants and the like were also given. Clean apartment and great stay. Some restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Bus stop practically outside the door. The only negative point is unfortunately the nearby beach, which stinks of sewage and unfortunately is also very dirty, which is typical for Tunisia.

We spent one night there. The location is very central, especially in the evening if you want to walk around. The tourist area is easily accessible with a taxi. The apartment is well suited to spend a few days. We thank Zizou for her kindness and availability.

We only stayed one night, but the apartment was great for our purposes, and was clean and comfortable. It is right on the beach in an area that is still being developed. Communication and assistandlce fron Ahmed was excellent.

2-week stays in the apartment. beautiful residence and beautiful apartment that matches the photos. Clean residence and several swimming pools for adults and children. Pool open until very late at night and a restaurant too. A small park for children in the much appreciated residence Some inconveniences during the stay which were quickly resolved very fortunately. We spent 1 week at Catherine's and the place is exactly as advertised. The interior is a little old-fashioned in its style but we didn't mind, we felt like we were on vacation in a family home. Everything is very spacious, the kitchen is well-equipped to cook small dishes "like at home". Special mention for the garden where we enjoyed having breakfast among the beautiful lemon trees. The location is on a quiet street but very convenient to have a bakery, grocery stores and greengrocers nearby and just a little further a dairy with very good cheese. The sea is just a 15-minute walk away with pretty spots to discover, wilder than closer to the center of Monastir. If you are looking for a quiet place to spend time living to the Tunisian rhythm, this is the right place, which is also very good value for money. Mehdi was there when we needed it.

The apartment was perfect, clean, quiet. A small park just downstairs that delighted my son. The pools were not functional but out of season so normal. We had a great time in Avignon! Plan to use a car because there's not much around but it allows you to be quiet. Thank you for everything! A property to remember. 😁

Everything was really good.. Host was very responsive and flat was lovely. The only thing was that I would have like to be told that the swimming pools were closed. I chose this place mainly for the kids and we couldn't enjoy the facilities. But apart from that, all was good

A place that aspires to tranquility was at rest. A few cables from a beautiful beach with turquoise waters, the house offers calm and remains conducive to rest. Our hosts were very responsive and attentive. We will come back!

I fly to Tunisia every summer. It was the best vacation I've had in the last 20 years! This accommodation simply offers you such an incredible atmosphere that you can't imagine. Everything there that you need to really enjoy the vacation. For questions and help, someone was immediately there to help us. I will fly there again this year just for the accommodation, even if it is for a few days, because this place has become a part of my life

I had a fantastic peaceful beautiful stay in Frederic home,so clean had everything I was looking for, so quite you could hear a pin drop,locals very friendly and close to shops pharmacy and beach about 15 min walk away, the local food places were very reasonably priced and plenty of choice, I loved the privacy of the location hidden away and every morning I enjoyed having my tea and breakfast on the rooftop a real sun trap to soak up the 🌞 I will definitely be staying at this location again made beautiful memories 😀

Beautiful apartment ideal for a couple, private, with beach views. Located in a quiet location, it is only 5 minutes drive to the best restaurant in Mahdia.

It was a very nice stay again. Everything you need. You feel very comfortable right away. There is a café and restaurants in the surrounding area. You only have to cross the street to get to the sea. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

The location is ideal, the view from the terrace is great, the only downside is the beach opposite which is a somewhat popular taste, you have to drive 5 minutes by car to find several beaches between the cottages with golden and fine sand

It's not possible in the language of this world to say compliments about the place and the owner. They are so kind and wonderful. I was always in the customer's shoes and helped them feel comfortable.The place was very clean and tidy. The surrounding environment is also good. As a foreigner, I introduced and participated in their culture. They took a boat with them, went to the sea, and invited lunch. They took care of their alone customers like family. I was comfortable and happy as if I went to a relative's house for 3 days and 2 nights. I didn't meet a friend there, I met my family. I will never forget it. I will definitely be going back next time.

House with lots of potentials, missing some business but the necessities are there.a 10 minute walk to the beach . 2 minute drive. Really nice place and people are nice thank you
