Ride horses and hike on densely wooded trails on our ranch --the most scenic location in the county. It's called "Brazos Bluffs Ranch" because it rises from grassy meadows on the river through dense woods to bluffs towering 120' overlooking miles of the river valley. The home is extremely beautiful and clean. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and pretty. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary items. We appreciated the little touches that made it feel special but homey. We definitely used Angela’s recommendations for local restaurants and shops. Our only negative was the location. While it truly is walking distance from the silo area and magnolia market, it does not feel safe to walk. The neighborhood is most definitely transitioning and there was an obvious police presence which made us feel better but I would not walk around after dark. The house itself felt secure, just not the area. All in all, though, a beautiful home that is a very quick drive to all the fun places we wanted to experience in Waco!

Tracy was super communicative, offering wonderful recommendations and very quick to respond. You can see special touches all around the home. The location was in the middle of everything, within walking distance to many of the popular spots in Waco. The home was very clean and well furnished. One thing to mention is that the house backs into the Backyard Bar so it's a perfect spot if you are there to enjoy a concert. It's literally around the corner so an easy walk. But if you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the place for you (although she does provide sound machines in every room).

This is our second time staying at Chris's place. The size is perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. We love being walking distance from some local spots such as Pinewood, Toasted Yolk, Harvest on 25th, and Sloane's. The rest of our activities are typically a 1-2 mile drive away. Chris's place is always clean and welcoming.

Had a great stay at house! Jed was always quick to answer any questions I had. House was well maintained, clean & gorgeous ! My kids loved the pickle ball & basketball court!! I wasn’t too sure about the neighborhood, but after I got to the house, I felt better when I could park my car in a secure gated parking spot in the back of the house. Available for 3 cars! The location was very convenient! Thank you Jed!

My husband's family is from Waco so we visit often. This time we met friends from FL - a family of 5 -- for a spring break adventure. This home & property were perfect for our gathering. Between the game room, climbing wall and goat feedingd, the kids had no time to get bored. It's on the outskirts of town so you get a real Texas country experience and peaceful, quiet nights while still being close to all Waco attractions. Very comfortable beds & couches. Well-stocked kitchen. Nice bathrooms. We loved everything about it!
