A wonderful, beautiful place to relax and unwind. Beautiful cottage with a beautiful, spacious garden. Very quiet and relaxed.

We stayed at the accommodation for 2 months. The location was very quiet and nice. The apartment was very comfortably furnished and had everything you need. Located in a holiday park. Unfortunately, the door lock is weird and sometimes can't be opened or closed, or only after the 20th try. Contact with Ineke was very quick and friendly.

Highly recommend. This cozy, yet spacious, tiny house is the perfect escape from Amsterdam. Tucked away in the back garden of the main house with a back garden of its own, it is quiet and private. The sleeping loft is very comfortable. The house sits on the edge of a wood with walking and cycle paths. Nationaal Park Utrechtse Heuvelrug is a just a 15 minute cycle. The towns of Houten and Culemborg are within an hour cycle. Would definitely return.

Very pleased with the place, it was clean and the view was amazing. The location was easy to get to and Sander gave us very detailed instructions on how to get there.

We were warmly welcomed by Kim! The house is great so you walk right from the house into nature. During our week-long stay, we were always able to take several walks. Kim has put together a beautiful book with many attractions. Wonderfully quiet! Good living space with a sitting area and the spacious dining table as in the pictures.

A fantastic place to spend a few quiet days near Arnhem. The house is perfectly equipped, in perfect condition, very clean and with all kinds of details, and the owner was attentive at all times, answering quickly and giving clear instructions. A place.

We were very happy in the accommodation and felt comfortable. You can sit outside and have 2 toilets inside, which is great for 6 people. Thank you:)

Michel is excellent host...5 stars is not enough....The house is pure relaxation, everything was clean and cosy. Lovely view of the riverside and scenery was outstanding 🙂 We will definitely be coming back!
