We live here a large part of the garden, and like to share the richness of the outdoors with others.

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Do you want to unwind in a green environment where you can enjoy the birds and where you have a view of our alpacas? The accommodation is well insulated, has lots of light, is stylishly decorated, and you have access to a large garden of about 600 square meters with shade and sun. Beautiful cycling environment and nice places to visit; 10 minutes away: Doesburg/ Bronkhorst/ Vorden/ Zutphen/ Doetinchem. Arnhem is 20 minutes away. Bicycles can be charged in our shed.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

In the nearby forest, there are various walking routes and mountain bike trails. There are several restaurants nearby, and the supermarket is 100m away. The cities of Doetinchem, Zevenaar & Arnhem are easy to reach. We are close to the German border, so Elten or Kleve are also nearby.

The next day, first turn on the wood-burning stove, and the surroundings invite you to a nice exploration!
