Upstairs in the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is decorated with love and in great detail. Everything you need is available. It is completely made of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The tiny house is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

The house is located directly next to the medieval church on the largest wierde in the Netherlands. Many beautiful authentic villages in the area , the infinite polders and the bird(spot)rich salt marshes of the Wadden Sea can be admired within cycling distance. A visit to the city of Groningen and islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum is also worthwhile!
