Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Quick access to the city center in 20 minutes, whether by S21 train or car, and the regional train once an hour in 12 minutes.

Welcome to beautiful Ratzeburg! You will stay in the "old mill" in Ratzeburg and thus in one of the oldest buildings in the city. The apartment was furnished in 2023. You will stay quietly yet centrally. The lakes are only about 300 meters away and the city center is also within walking distance. The size of the apartment is about 33 square meters. Small but nice ;-) However, the kitchen does not have an oven. There is a private parking space and you can also sit outside

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.

Direct connection to the A24 motorway (approx. 4 km). Great excursion destinations, cycling, hiking and equestrian routes. Pets are very welcome - sitting is also possible!

The apartment is located on the first floor of a classicistic house right in the old town. It comprises 120 qm of living space with old plank floors. A spacious living room with solid wood kitchen and historic beams provides a cozy atmosphere. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. In addition, the apartment has a 20 qm bathroom with large bathtub and shower, a quiet, sunny balcony and a patio in the garden.

Small studio apartment

The small studio apartment is a quiet, cozy and relaxed starting point to conquer the scenic surroundings or Hamburg, Lübeck, Schwerin, many idyllic small towns or the Baltic Sea coast. Hiking and cycling trails lead directly past the house, several bathing lakes are nearby. The studio is pretty and conveniently furnished. ATTENTION! I provide sheets and towels, but bed COVERS only for a fee.

Welcome to the house on the hillside. A quiet and bright apartment awaits you to relax and feel good. The surroundings invite you to cycle, hike and swim in the lake. By car, you can reach Hamburg and the Baltic Sea in 35 minutes. It should also be noted that I do not charge a cleaning fee. The bright studio with shower room and private terrace is located on the first floor of a detached house in Todendorf. The granny flat is equipped for up to 4 people (double bed 140 × 200 with medium-hard Emma mattress and sofa bed with mattress and slatted base). Bed linen and towels are included. From the A1 exit Bargetheide you can reach us in approx. 5 minutes by car to us.
