Villa Specht - Your vacation in a monument!

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Welcome to beautiful Ratzeburg! You will stay in the "old mill" in Ratzeburg and thus in one of the oldest buildings in the city. The apartment was furnished in 2023. You will stay quietly yet centrally. The lakes are only about 300 meters away and the city center is also within walking distance. The size of the apartment is about 33 square meters. Small but nice ;-) However, the kitchen does not have an oven. There is a private parking space and you can also sit outside

Quiet, bright apartment near the lake

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.

Ihr wohnt in einen energieautarken Passivhaus Baujahr 2015. Die Energie kommt im Sommer nur von der Sonne. Anreise auch mit dem Bus von Hamburg Wandsbek direkt nach Ratzeburg oder mit dem Hamburger Verkehrsverbund Nahverkehr über Büchen/Mölln mit Großraumticket ABCDE. Alternativ Regional-Bahn aus Kiel über Lübeck nach Ratzeburg. Der Bus hält 3 Min. zu Fuß am Seniorenwohnsitz.

The bright studio with shower room and private terrace is located on the first floor of a detached house in Todendorf. The granny flat is equipped for up to 4 people (double bed 140 × 200 with medium-hard Emma mattress and sofa bed with mattress and slatted base). Bed linen and towels are included. From the A1 exit Bargetheide you can reach us in approx. 5 minutes by car to us.
