The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

"Apartment Trier" is a very bright, cozy apartment in the attic of a quiet house, ideally suited for solo travelers or couples, whether vacationers or professionals. Fully equipped kitchen! Separate bathroom with shower and toilet, only parquet and tile floor! Optimally located in terms of transport, either on foot (15 minutes) or by bus directly to the old town. Bus connection to the university in the immediate vicinity, as well as three supermarkets and a cafe.

Located in a quite street, just 2km away from the city center, near the Thermes of Spa, close to the golf and the forest. The Spa-Francopchamps circuit is just 15min away by car (12km).

By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Sleep and stay in a more than 300-year-old cloth maker's house right in the heart of Monschau. When the window is open, you can hear the Rur rushing by and have a beautiful view all the way to the Red House. On cold days, the oven provides cozy warmth. We look forward to seeing you soon. My place is close to the forest, meadows. The Ravelwanderweg is 3 km away. Cycling trails far and wide. You'll love my place because of the cozy kitchen-living room, the comfortable beds and the view of the countryside. The accommodation is not suitable for children under 5 years.
