Small apartment located on the 1st floor that can accommodate 2 people (1 bed of 160 cm) completely renovated and equipped (July 2023) 30 m from the city center where there are plenty of places to visit, quality restaurants for all tastes and at all prices. Very welcoming small town with its different museums including the beautiful Bastogne War Museum. You are 10 km from Luxembourg with its shopping center. Baby cot and high chair available on request

Best location in the centre of town. On the inside of the small ring and yet quietly located on the Leopold park. 50m from the Century de place to be with its large ( heated) terraces. The apartment is 6 minutes walk from the station, 6 minutes walk. Big market is only 1 minute walk through the Koning Albert street. ( the shopping street) We offer a free fitness day pass at I fitness in the TT district at a 5-minute walk.

We were in Maastricht for a city trip and stayed at Deniz's accommodation. It was exactly as described. Clean, lovely bed, right in the center, quiet neighborhood. Deniz is nice, clear instructions, responds quickly. In short, recommended for city trips. There is no kitchen, but that is also clearly stated and there is plenty of choice nearby for breakfast lunch and dinner.

The flat is just as advertized on the pictures. Very spacious and bright. It's on a secondary street, which makes it a very quiet location, while at the same time being close to the bus station on the main road that takes you into the city center. The host was nice and responsive. I had a great time in the flat. 100% would return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Yasmin's place. Yasmin was very communicative and helpful during our stay, and we were even offered a later checkout proactively, which made our departure easier. The apartment is very nice and clean, and located in an amazing location, right next to the water. You can easily walk to the apartment in about 15 minutes. It has all amenities you would expect, such as shampoo, shower creme, body lotion and towels among other things. Other highlights included the balcony facing the water, where you can sunbathe in the late afternoon/evening, comfortable beds, a bathtub and a big TV. All in all, we had absolutely nothing to complain about. It is quite pricey, and maybe a bit more so than what an equivalent hotel would be - but if you are a group of people who want to stay together in Köln, with plenty of space for socializing, then I doubt there is a more perfect option than this. You will definitely not be disappointed if you go with this apartment.

Don't hesitate to book Alexis' place. He was very responsive and accommodating - allowing me to drop my bags off at his office when I arrived early and let us have an early check in. Location couldn't be beat - lots of great restaurants and shops around. Comfy beds, fast Wi-Fi, nice to have 1.5 baths, and a beautiful family room (with views of the square).
