The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Four bedrooms for 2 people, equipped with TV as well as a games room/office with TV as well. Large lot with 2 terraces, garden furniture, large parking lot and Corten steel barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen. For a moment of disconnection and relaxation in the quiet and with the birdsong. Late check-out on Sunday until 6 p.m.

Nice apartment completely refurbished with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. It is located on the ground floor of a small building with 3 apartments and is secured by a surveillance camera installed in the common entrance hall. Its location is ideal with Herstal train station a 2-minute walk away and its proximity to the fiery city! Visit the center of Liège in 10-15 minutes by car to discover this multifaceted city!

Our cottage with bike garage, parking and garden, offers stunning views (southwest orientation for fantastic sunsets). Due to its ideal location (close to Aubel and its market, Val Dieu Abbey, RAVEL line 38), it is an ideal starting point for lovers of walks or bike rides. Close to the E42, it is less than half an hour's drive from Maastricht, Spa, Liège, Spa-Francorchamps or the 3 Borders and Hautes Fagnes site.

Sunny & comfortable One-Room-Apartment in Aachen

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
