Monthly Rentals in Hermit Island

Robin's home is beautiful and spacious. It looks exactly as it appears in the listing. The spot is quiet but only about a 20-minute drive to Bath where there are lots of shops and restaurants. The seafood in the area is extraordinary (we shopped at Plants). And it's easy to cook in Robin's kitchen since she has it well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. The beds are amazing, but it's worth noting that all the bedrooms are upstairs, so the house would be difficult for anyone with trouble going up and down steps. Overall, it was a wonderful week, and I highly recommend Robin's house.

It was our first time using Airbnb and we couldn't have been luckier to find TwinHeart TreeTop hosted by Buck and Marie. It is a very clean,quiet and comfortable place. Marie and Buck are fantastic hosts,so nice and very accommodating. The area around Small Point is magical with so many things to see and do. The private beach is spectacular,we even saw some gray seals feeding. We'd love to be able to return. Thanks again to Buck and Marie for allowing us to stay in their special place.

What a delightful little cottage above the garage; a cottage with an unmatched ocean view. Tom was always responsive, while Nancy, who was on site, was warm and welcoming, like meeting an old friend. The location was tranquil, remote yet easily reachable by car, perfect for getting away from the crowd. I'll definitely put this one at the top of my coastal Maine list.

It’s hard to find a reasonably priced place to stay in Phippsburg, but this place is not only reasonably priced and close to Popham Beach, it’s clean and charming. This was our second stay and we were just as happy as our first stay. The hosts are kind and respond quickly to any questions.
