Welcome to our independent studio in the heart of our property. Ideally located, 200 m from the banks of the Seine, the studio has independent access with a private wooden terrace, you will be at home! On the ground floor, bathroom; living room and kitchen, the bay window, overlooks the terrace as well as the garden. The rest/night area is upstairs (attic bedroom) and includes two double beds (one 160 and the other 140): ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Kitchen, living room and dining room area on the ground floor Upstairs there is a space with a double bed (160) and a bathroom. In a row there is a corridor that leads to a bedroom with a double bed (140) and a cabin bed (90/200) with a child safety gate, a bathroom and a third bedroom with a 160 bed divisible into 2 single beds and a crib bed. The house has all the essentials for babies and young children (stair gates, games, books...) and a 200 m2 garden.

Charming two-room independent duplex, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard (large courtyard/lounge available). Located between the hiking trails of the Fontainebleau Forest and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).

Very well equipped to have what you need for a pleasant stay with shops nearby.

Welcome to our little corner of paradise on the banks of the Seine in Héricy! Looking for a great place to recharge and rest? You’re in the right spot! The house is located 15 minutes from Fontainebleau, its forest and its castle, as well as 1 hour from Paris. Possibility to rent a canoe and/or paddle board for your trips on the Seine. Pets accepted under conditions (a security deposit of €150 will be required)
