This unique home offers panoramic views of Køge Bay, with views of Copenhagen and Sweden. There is its own large beach plot and nice bathing jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered, but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented on the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room/living room two bedrooms, closet hallway and large bathroom. The home is located about 1 km. within walking distance to the station, from which it takes about 30 minutes by train directly into the center of Copenhagen. The home is close to many shops, and about 1.5 km. distance to the beach. There are 2 single beds located in the room on the 1st floor with 2 mattresses on the floor. This is the only room that can be used as a bedroom when renting.
