A very cozy self-contained studio, right in the center of Hilversum. We are 5 min walk from the shopping area and station and 20 min from Amsterdam by train. We offer a quiet private loft bedroom (Dutch style) with double bed. On the lower floor is a private bathroom with toilet, a living room and an area for tea/coffee/ microwave. Television and WIFI are available. Our neighbourhood hosts many excellent bars/restaurants and just around the corner there's a great forest for nice walks.

On the second floor of a rebuilt traditional Waterland house is this beautifully renovated apartment, once used as a hayloft. Located in the protected natural area of the Zeevang polder land (EU Natura 2000), famous for its birds like godwits, spoonbills, and lapwings. The view it offers is among the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Middelie is very near Amsterdam (25 km). Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).

Totaal gerenoveerd zolder appartement, in een huis uit 1886, luxe afwerking, met bad, aparte douche en apart toilet. Rustige buurt, en maar 50 mtr van de tram die in 15 min op de Dam staat. Beautiful Loft in Amersfoort center. Within walking distance of the Koestraat parking garage. Through the stairs you enter the attractive open space in this more than 100-year-old building. You can sleep on two vides. On the first vide is a box spring. On the other a sofa bed of good quality. Large kitchen fully equipped. Bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Amersfoort is a tourist attraction with canals, wall houses, museums and a varied range of shops.

Light & Lofty Townhouse, in 'de Pijp'

I transformed this '19th century hay attic' on the second floor into a comfortable home (My 12 year old son and I live here). It is very light and spacious. The neighbourhood is filled with delis, bars and restaurants. Rijks, Stedelijk, van Gogh museum and the canals are around the corner. So are bike rentals, canal cruises, Paradiso and Concertgebouw. It is my home and studio (I am a designer), when I am travelling, I AirBnB it.

Peter and Robert's loft is perfect! The welcome was very warm, and the entire hosting experience – from the moment of booking to the end – was truly excellent. The hosts provided snacks and drinks and were available throughout our stay. Peter greeted us kindly and gave us a clear explanation of everything we needed to know about the loft. The loft itself is beautiful – exactly like in the pictures! It was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had hot water. The washing machine and dryer were a significant bonus. Within a short walking distance, there are supermarkets where you can stock up on everything you need. On Fridays, there’s also a lovely local market nearby. There are also several nice restaurants within walking distance. The location is excellent for day trips around the Netherlands – it's close to the highway. If you want to visit Amsterdam or The Hague, the train station is just 5 minutes away by car. Miro is the ultimate dude, he'll get as much done as regulations allow! The stairs aren't that bad, some bars have worse going down to the toilets! It's central, to everywhere. it's not quiet but not overly noisy. I felt far cooler than I am sitting in that apartment listening to the city having walked ever so very many steps that first day! The bed is comfy, loo works, the shower does what it's meant to, kettle gets water hot. supermarket round the corner for milk and munchies. Book it, it's the amazing place you need :0)

A very spectacular space; artistic, authentic, designed, spacious. Thus going up is quite unusual but you can’t blame no one other than “time” when stairs were installed to move between levels. A good hint to be informed. At night; make sure you celebrate the modern parking scene; it’s another piece of art that you can gaze in, on, & within. Hospitality is aligned. Thanks Pim

We had a great stay in the beautiful loft in the center of Katwijk. Parking is easy and inexpensive in the Dünen parking garage directly on the boulevard. In great weather, we cycled in the extensive dunes, looked at the colorful tulip fields and took beautiful walks on the beach. The apartment is quietly located in a rear building and was very cozy. We will be happy to come back...

This stay was perfect for my sons and I and they loved having the loft area (10 and 12 years old). The building location is an ideal launching point to experience all that Leiden has to offer, from the sites to the shopping and restaurants. It’s a pleasant walk to and from the train station (or a brief bicycle ride if you prefer). The hosts were excellent at communicating and highly responsive. Cannot wait to find a reason to return to this wonderful town and this lovely accommodation.

We absolutely adored our stay at Wessel’s place! He’s one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve encountered and the renovations he did to the apartment are in such great taste and super cozy. It had everything our family needed and was super clean. It’s in a non-touristy part of town, which we loved because we got to experience the peaceful cafe/park/quiet canal life that Amsterdam is known for. And it’s easy to get on a tram to city center or the museums. Wessel himself is super nice and willing to work with you on any accommodations. Just a note that it’s on the top floor and, like most Amsterdam homes, there isn’t an elevator and a decent amount of stairs. However, we had an infant and a stroller and managed just fine - definitely left in better shape!
