Aroha’s cabin was super cozy and welcoming—felt like a home away from home. She was really clear with communication and super kind and understanding. You can tell she’s put a lot of thought into making sure guests have everything they need, from great cooking facilities to little extras like a universal charger. We had such an awesome stay! Opononi is one of the most beautiful towns we’ve ever been to—the views are unreal, the swimming is incredible, and the walks are absolutely amazing. Aroha had heaps of great recommendations for things to do, which made our trip even better. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Lovely little house with all you need for a relaxing stay. Very tidy and everything worked well. Comfy living room for all to gather and watch Netflix. The bathroom is really well laid out with plenty of room for your toiletries. Quality real wood furniture throughout. I'd definitely return. Thank you!

Nice place with amazing views over the ocean. Our kids were very happy to find a couple of boday boards for surfing the waves. The room layout is not ideal for three kids of younger age. The kitchen is a little outdated but well equipped.

A large studio unit with attached bathroom and kitchen. Decently big for two individuals. Was perfect for our one night stopover from Cape Reinga.
