Im Außenbereich befindet sich eine 7x4m große Terrasse mit Markise, ein 8,5x4m beheizbarer Pool mit Schiebedach, ein Whirlpool und eine große Außensauna. Eine 6x6m große Garage mit Wallbox ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

My place is good for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and dogs. The renovated half-timbered house is located in the hamlet of Schmitten. A hamlet is a very small residential development with approx. 10 houses. Pure idyll.

We rent our entire half-timbered house with 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 × 200 and 1 sofa bed each, which can be folded out on the floor to a lying surface of 120 × 200 + 1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90 × 200, 1 of which is a loft bed), a dining-kitchen-living area and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The house is in the middle of the old town of Alsfeld and yet quiet. Everything is within walking distance. Children are welcome. Dogs are welcome.

A small half-timbered house sleeps 4 - 5 people. On the first floor are the entrance area and the kitchen, upstairs the bathroom, the bedrooms and the living room. The bedroom has a double bed, 180 cm. In addition, there is a loft bed level for two people, 140 cm above the living room. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for 1 person. The ladder to the loft bed cannot be removed or locked. You should consider this if you want to travel with children.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. On a 3000 sqm property is the detached house between tall trees, a large pond and the Alte Hasel creek. The house has two areas. The main apartment with 4 bedrooms and the secondary apartment with 2 sleeping areas. A total of 6 bathrooms/toilets are available.
