Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, besonders Trittschall ist hörbar. 2 Zimmer (Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch) eine gut eingerichtete Wohnküche und ein 20m2 großer, gut isolierter Wintergarten. The small house (maisonette) with a magnificent view as far as the Vosges Mountains of France is located on the outskirts of the small town of Herbolzheim, directly in the foothills of the Black Forest. From here it is a stone's throw to the vineyards behind. The wine region Alsace, the amusement park "Europapark" and the water park "Rulantica" (10 min. away), the Europa-Park Golfclub Breisgau and the Black Forest (National Park) are great destinations from here.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in the vineyard with a beautiful view. The apartment is equipped with double bed (1,80m x 2m) and sofa bed (lying area 140x194). Living room and bedroom are separated in one and by half a wall. There is a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine as well as a bathroom with accessible shower in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided.
