Very nice and tastefully decorated apartment. The outdoor terrace is really a plus as well as the parking space. Shops are all nearby.

Berengere was a fabulous host and personally welcomed us to the rental unit and came for the check out. She was extremely responsive to questions I sent in advance of our stay about things like parking options and a restaurant reservation, and remained in touch during our stay. We are English speakers and Berengere was fluent in English. The flat is terrific, centrally located in the old part of Vannes. It is very spacious and comfortable, with an extremely well stocked kitchen with modern appliances as well as laundry machines. The front of the flat faces a pedestrian street that can be lively during tourist season, but the flat has new insulated windows that buffer street noise and the main bedroom is on the back side and very quiet. Berengere's hospitality and lovely flat made for a great stay in Vannes!

We were hosted very well upon arrival in a very well located, very well furnished and very functional apartment. Quiet residence under the pines and close to the embankment. The description is true to reality. Corinne and Richard are excellent hosts. We recommend their rental, in which we will not hesitate to return if possible.

Very nice apartment, very clean, with many details and good taste. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Everything is very new. Marine is very friendly and helpful. 10 minutes from downtown on foot. Free parking is available nearby. I'd come back without a doubt.

A beautiful recent house, very well equipped, we had a pleasant stay with the family (4 children and 3 couples). Beautiful spaces, the place is perfectly thought out! The accommodation is in a great location, very comfortable and cozy. Great job on the beautiful decor! Everything is done on foot or by bike, a real vacation. Fantastic, modern, well thought out, clean and super well-equipped place, it feels good immediately. The sea is a stone's throw away with direct beach access, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to pick up shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up to a sea view is amazing! The exterior is pleasant and flowery, watch out for snails early in the morning :) Don't hesitate! ;) Richard and Mafalda

Very nice house, tastefully decorated. The terrace with the jacuzzi in the middle of a wooded area was perfect for our family weekend, the small children were able to enjoy the large terrace and the wooded area. I would highly recommend this quiet and relaxing place, the hosts were responsive. Thanks to them, a very well-equipped house to host and feel good. Even the board games were thought of!! See you again.

Apartment ideally located, facing the sea and close to all shops and restaurants. You can do anything on foot. Nearby hiking trails. Great stay, we'll be back without hesitation.

Residence located in the heart of a well-maintained park and close to the beach (300 meters' walk). Count 1.5 km to reach the central market and Avenue du Général de Gaulle and 1 km to get to the port of Pouliguen. The casino is nearby. There are free parking spaces located in the residence and close to the accommodation. The view is very nice from the living room. The apartment is bright and clean. Quiet space.

The apartment is really exceptional and the view is a dream. Communication was super friendly and Kate and her husband are very nice people! There is therefore a personal handover of the keys. The kitchen is above average well equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather. You should consider this before booking, otherwise you will not be able to use the beautiful terrace due to wind and rain. All in all, we liked it very much 🍀

Excellent family stay at Nicolas's in a secure residence overlooking Valentin beach near the Presqu'île du Croisic and its wild coast.
