The perfect spot to stay in Daylesford. This immaculate house has a dreamy view across the valley. Immaculately clean, this property is spacious and has every amenity a guest requires for a beautiful stay. Close enough to town that we walked in for dinner but so quiet and relaxing. We have been to Daylesford several times and would definitely stay in James’s property again.

We had such an amazing experience staying at Amie and Brad’s! There was so much to explore on the property, and they had fresh bread, butter and eggs for us on arrival. Simply a perfect country escape!

We had a wonderful two nights in the Garden Loft at Poets Lodge. A beautiful and comfortable space that was ideal for a weekend getaway. Angeline and Richard were responsive and gracious hosts.

Beautiful little area, easy to find and clear check-in instructions, the spa was the perfect temperature, very clean and the perfect distance from town to be walkable but also nice and quiet and very private. The only issues we had was a lack of sponge or cloth to wash the dishes with but aside from that it was well worth it, I highly recommend

Beautiful property and a brilliant location. What was a lovely surprise for me was the abundance of bird life every morning and evening. So beautiful! I’d definitely book this property again if going to Creswick.

We had such a lovely stay here, Red was really communicative and the welcome gifts were a thoughtful touch. Very peaceful location, all the amenities you could need and perfect for exploring the beautiful surrounding area and towns.

My family had a great stay at Serena's. It is a large and comfortable house and super well equipped. We all loved sitting around the fire pit. My family wanted to know when they could stay again.

Kim’s place was lovely. We took our two golden retrievers who really appreciated all the little touches that make it ideal for pups - things like snacks for them on arrival and pup friendly bed linen. The area is ideal if you’re looking to step away from the city hustle and bustle, and just vanish into the countryside. Whilst Vaughan is very quiet and peaceful, Daylesford was about a 20-30 mins drive away which of course has plenty to do. An ideal balance of both worlds. Kim’s responses were super quick which was hugely appreciated and a great welcome pack was available too. Highly recommend to anyone who just wants to step away from the world for a little hush time. Wombat Cottage is the ideal place to stay if you have your furry friend with you. The cottage is secure and well equipped for dogs and the walks with them in the parks, to the shops and around lakes are limitless. For us humans, Wombat Cottage was clean, warm, cosy and had everything we needed for a 4 day holiday. I would highly recommend it and we are already planning to return next year.

Ellen and Kevin are attentive and welcoming hosts. Astley Cottage is clean and cozy with beautiful views of the surrounding native forest. Daylesford is a beautiful town with so much to see and experience, wish we'd booked a longer stay!

We had a lovely ten day break in this characterful cottage whilst visiting our daughter and family. Blackwood is a terrific spot with many walk trails and nearby villages and towns. The Post Office Cafe is a must, located just 200 metres from the cottage. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay and we can’t thank Daniel enough for sharing his amazing beautiful little donkeys with us, so affectionate and such beautiful little cuddle bugs, hope to come back again ❤️🫏

Staying at Fiona's was such a beautiful experience. Nestled into a hill with views across beautiful fields and bush environs of Yandoit. From the moment of opening the door the interior spaces were very welcoming. The building has been lovingly restored, adapted and furnished. My partner and I greatly appreciated feeling comfortable to spend time relaxing, cooking and sitting in the garden, and going for walks along the country roads. When we felt like being more social there was the option to drive to nearby towns like Castlemaine and Daylesford. It feels rare to find such a place.

Highly recommend this lovely cottage . We felt very much at home . Crisp sheets , soft towels , fresh bread , wine & chocolates. And - a towel warmer warming fresh towels for a hot shower after our long trip from Queensland. Just perfect .

We had a good stay. The place was clean and tidy. Good view from the porch. Nice Anna quite and private.

Lovely stay. Great location. Very narrow lane way to get to property. Might be difficult to find if you arrived in darkness as cottage is off a side street and the lane way is between two house so could be easy to miss however great to walk into town This has been the first air bnb that I have stayed in that didn’t supply breakfast but did supply a few nice snacks. Was a little concerned about the windows as they don’t lock so anyone could easily get in. Just a small thing was that we didn’t receive a new chux cleaning cloth and sponge (they really don’t cost much) just think these days after COVID etc that a simple thing like that should be a priority. This wouldn’t stop me from staying again as it was a nice cosy cottage

The location of this property is excellent — within a 10-minute drive to all the local restaurants and Lake Daylesford. The interior is simply yet comfortably furnished, making it a great option for a short family getaway. If you’re not bothered by being close to the main road, it’s not an issue. For families considering a longer stay, having a dryer would make it even more perfect.
