Our apartment is not located directly in Hamburg, but rather in NORDERSTEDT (province of Schleswig-Holstein), which is positioned directly on the Northern border of Hamburg.

The room is located above our garage. Has its own entrance,a sparse shower room and cooking possibility. Parking for car is available. Sat TV and internet access are available. An emergency bed for a 4th person is there. Note:The garage is used by us as a garage. The kitchenette is not located in the room but in the garage at the bottom of the garage. The shower room has its access from the garage. Kitchenette and shower room are separated from the garage by a wall.

Feel-good idyll by the park

On the first floor of the modernized duplex apartment is the daylight bathroom (including WaMa) as well as a spacious hallway. On the upper floor, the fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, microwave, induction) as well as the bedroom with flat-screen TV and workstation. The rooms on the first floor as well as the bedroom on the second floor can be darkened via electric roller shutters. Wi-Fi is available. Pets are possible by arrangement.

Our approx. 90 square meter apartment is located in Norderstedt district of Glashütte, directly in the north-western affluent suburbs of Hamburg. The city center of Hamburg can be reached by car in about 1/2 hour, the surrounding moors on foot in about 20 minutes. The sun-drenched apartment is completely newly furnished and has a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen. A guest parking space is located directly on the property.

Welcome to my studio with a separate entrance. A well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area for 2 people awaits you. From the box-spring bed you have a view into the garden. The shower room is newly renovated. You can walk to the bus stations on Frohmestrasse. There are also all shops, post office and restaurants. The exit of the A 7, Schnelsen, is around the corner. A bright and beautifully furnished single apartment with 2 single beds, bathroom, kitchenette and a separate entrance awaits you. The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment is 20 square meters and we live right next door. On foot it takes about 25 minutes (1.7 km) to Quickborn train station. However, two bikes are also available to you free of charge.
