We enjoyed our stay at Thomas' place very much. Thomas is a great host, responds very quickly, and is proactive. His place is well kept, functional, quiet, and relaxing. Thomas thinks of little details to make the experience better. Example: Hamburg is a wet place--there is an umbrella near the door. Thomas' location is ideal. Near one of Hamburg's best shopping centers (3 mins walking), near walking and jogging trails, near bus and S-Bahn routes. If you arrive in Hamburg by plane, you can easily get to his place by public transport, just take the S-Bahn and walk 7 minutes. Ideal. Excellent overall.

But the handover of the keys was super easy. And we got a few tips both for the apartment and for the area. We needed about 30 minutes by car to get to Hamburg City.
