Apartment Fallnhauser - Adults only This cosy, lakeside studio-apartment for double occupancy offers every convenience to ensure a perfect holiday in all seasons. The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

2 lovely rooms in old town house

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Die Hütte am Wald ist ein Blockhaus welches dank Vollholz Bauweise ein super angenehmes Raumklima schafft und neben hübschem Interior auch allen Komfort mit privater Sauna, Kamin und toller Ausstattung für Groß und Klein bietet. Gelegen am sonnigen Waldrand nicht weit vom Fuschlsee entfernt, biete die Hütte am Wald einen großen Garten mit privater Terrasse, Outdoor Esstisch und Sonnenliegen. The area is very rural. The apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor), absolutely quiet and undisturbed. Surrounded by farms and lots of forest, you can relax well near Salzburg and still be immediately in the center of the action by car. Supermarkets are very quickly accessible, Lake Wallersee is within sight. Ideal as a starting point for swimming and hiking and to explore Salzburg. The Salzkammergut, Hallstatt and Königssee can also be reached quickly.

For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door.
