I have 2 BR's & BR's, great room, kitchen, W/D, 2 porches, patio and a fire pit. 2.5 miles from Saluda, NC - a special little town! I'm your spot for R&R - not parties or noise! I'm up the hill from a small lake *summer'24* - lake temporarily drained for long term repairs. NO WI-FI, weak cell. Guest pass for lake property provided. NO PETS or SMOKING!

A year-round property We now sanitize the apartment with ozone. I'm told this kills bacteria and viruses. Amenities include a fireplace, 43" TV, satellite internet, complete kitchen, hot tub, propane grill, and outdoor showers. Hendersonville is 15 min. and the Asheville airport is about 18 min. Asheville is between 20 to 30 minutes away.
