The impressive pool area with sauna is the heart of the house and invites hours of fun and relaxation. The 3 luxurious bathrooms ensure that there is plenty of space for everyone, and the energy-saving air-to-water heat pump ensures comfortable temperatures throughout the house. The house has four bedrooms, three of which are furnished with double beds and one with two single beds. There are 2 additional sleeping places in the attic (loft) and a separate alcove in the lower area where you can stretch out and sleep – there is enough space for everyone. The beautifully furnished rooms have comfortable beds that guarantee a restful night's sleep. The 40 square meter living/dining area is the ideal place to gather and enjoy meals together. Stylish furniture and modern amenities such as a TV with satellite for German channels, as well as Chromecast and wireless internet, offer entertainment for the whole family. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms + shower in the pool area. In addition, there is a large and bright living room with an integrated kitchen area.

It is 800 meters to Denmark's most amazing white sandy beach and 900 meters to Blåvand town, which offers several shopping opportunities, bars, restaurants and shops. The house was built in 2023 and heated with an economical heat pump, which means low consumption costs for you as a tenant. There's underfloor heating all over the house.
