There is a laundry room where it is possible to wash clothes, wash dishes and for light cooking in the air fryer. The apartment is located in a wing of a 4-wing farmhouse from 1875, which is being restored. There is a beautiful garden overlooking its own lake, and wide expanses right in the middle of North Zealand Nature Park. In the garden, there is a beautiful orangery where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig på gården Granholm, som ligger i naturskønne omgivelser med dejlig stor have, og med søer, skov og mose lige udenfor. Vi bor tæt på Helsinge, men alligevel helt for os selv. Vi har får og høns. Lejligheden er bygget i gårdens tidligere vognport og lo, og indeholder et stort rum med køkken, spisehjørne, sofahjørne og sengeafdeling. Toilet og bad ved siden af soveafdelingen. Sengen kan deles til 2 enkeltsenge, og der kan laves en ekstra opredning på sofaen.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
