A Perfect Nature Retreat – Highly Recommended! Our stay here was absolutely wonderful—one of the best ways to unwind in the midst of serene nature. Our son especially loved playing with the chickens and feeding them, which made the experience even more memorable. Agnes and her family were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even invited us to join their Easter fire in the garden, a special touch that made our stay truly unique. Agnes also prepared a delicious breakfast, including some yummy treats for our little one, which we greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by beautiful landscapes, we highly recommend staying here for at least two days to fully immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the place. It’s an ideal escape for families, couples, or anyone seeking a refreshing break in nature. We’ll definitely be back!!

We enjoyed 2 relaxing days in Zutphen thanks to the wonderful place. Everything was as described, clean and we were warmly welcomed by Han and Evelien. The sauna and hot tub made this short trip a small vacation for us. Thanks for everything, we'll be happy to come back.

Cozy, spacious house with sauna and jacuzzi. The house is cozily furnished and in a quiet location. There is plenty of space to sit outside as well.

A wonderful, quiet and natural environment. In the evening enjoy the many stars and the croaking frogs by the pond. Also enjoyed the large groups of storks that circled up from low above the property on thermals. For me also a nice base for walks (including hiking route Sallandse landgeden) and for paddle boarding on the stream de Regge, with its many kingfishers. Had a wonderful time.

Our stay over a long weekend at the Steelhouse was incredibly relaxing. Natalia was very responsive when we had an issue with the heating/air conditioning units which we were able to quickly resolve with her guidance. Natalia also proactively provided local recommendations and very clear instructions on how to operate all the amenities within the home. We would love to stay there again!

The house is beautifully situated in a small bungalow park. You can walk to the center of Delden in about 20 minutes and the surrounding area is nice for running and biking (I recommend along the canal) by car you can make excursions to Hengelo and Enschede. The bedrooms are not particularly large, but that did not bother us, living space and kitchen were generously sized and equipped with everything you need. When the weather is nice, you can sit on the sunny terrace. We particularly liked the sauna. There are parking spaces right next to the house. When checking in, the lockbox was empty, but that was quickly resolved. A call and then someone with the key was there within 10 minutes, so it wasn't bad at all, we could wait on the terrace for so long. For a weekend it was perfect for 4 adults and a baby. For a longer vacation, slightly larger bedrooms would probably be better.

I can definitely recommend Jantje's accommodation. We were guests for 4 days at this quiet idyllic place and enjoyed the time very much. Jantje and Hans were both very friendly and personable and it was a pleasure to get to know them. We would be happy to return.

Our stay was just perfect! We were very warmly welcomed by Suzanne and Reza. In the kitchen we found wine, lots of fresh fruit and chocolate. If you like it quiet, this is the place to be. Relax in the sun and listen to the cockpit of the chickens. Everything was very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. From the garden you can look directly at the alpaca enclosure where Loki, Odin and Happy live. Free e-bikes were provided to us so we could do a nice bike ride. Suzanne and Reza were always available and respond within a few minutes. We had a very relaxing weekend and will be happy to come back!

Linda has a great place: spacious, a kitchen with everything you'd want, and luxury with their sauna and large bath. And besides, she and her partner were very kind and we had a lovely chat. The nearby nature area, Sallandse heuvelrug, is wonderful for hiking (and apparently mountain biking, even though I haven't tried it). Overall I would definitely recommend staying here!

How we enjoyed our weekend in the woods! The communication with Sophie was very nice. I had some questions about the welcome package about dietary requirements and she thought well about this. We could also buy through her wood, as we came by public transport and could not easily take it with us. Super nice that you could, the fireplace finished the cozy evenings. We also opted for a late check-out so that we could enjoy the cottage a little longer and take the cream workshop at Lotte's in the afternoon. A very nice end to the weekend! The cottage itself is located in a beautiful park among the trees. Even in winter you are surrounded with greenery and you can enjoy all the birds and squirrels in the garden. In short, a wonderful place to spend a number of days. Small tip for the train travelers: on weekends, the public transport bikes at Ommen station are very popular, so come early or bring your own bike:)

Truly a secret wellness area. With ease, 6 people would fit in the colossal jacuzzi: my three ladies, including two kids, couldn't be beat out! Indoor sauna and the pellet stove complete it, highly recommended this cottage!

Both Nicole and her partner were very kind, we felt very welcome right from the beginning. The house is large and very nice furnished and the surroundings: awesome!! A lovely place to stay and to relax!
