Welcome to ’B ’t Oale Spoor,’ located in a lovely spot right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the charming village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with a private garden, living room, kitchenette with pantry, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with a double bed, loft bedroom with 2 beds above the kitchen, and 1 bed in the mezzanine bedroom. Heuvelrust: wellness, warmth, nature

At the foot of the Sallandse Heuvelrug lies Heuvelrust. A warm and well-kept vacation home. We, Joek and Joosje, have put together our cottage as we ourselves like to stay: warm, cozy and equipped with every comfort. A place where you can sit on the terrace after a walk, where children can play outside and where you can sit on the sofa in the evening with a glass of wine by the fireplace. Do you really want to end the day relaxed? Then you can step into the hot tub or warm up in the sauna.

Chalet in the heart of Twente

This cozy chalet, located near the village of Den Ham, is cozily furnished and has high-speed fiber optic internet. Within five minutes, you can walk from the park to the forest. The surrounding meadows offer stunning views, ideal for walking and cycling enthusiasts. The spacious terrace offers a lot of privacy and is perfect for dining outside or soaking up the sun. The large, fenced garden makes it ideal for pet owners; pets are welcome and can run around safely in the garden.

In the middle of nature, the Zunasche Heide, on the Sallandse Heuvelrug and on the Marskramerpad (stage 5) is this picturesque cottage. The cottage is located right next to the heathland where countless bird species can be admired. The towns of Nijverdal and Rijssen are less than 4 km away. The Regge is near where a boat can be rented. The cottage is located on a yard and overlooks meadows and horses. An ideal place for athletes and nature lovers where privacy is guaranteed.

Houten Villa Dirk

The rural, eco-friendly wooden houses Tine, Dirk, and Albert are located in a fantastic spot with sweeping views over the open Salland landscape, giving you plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Each house sits on a spacious green plot of 600 m², featuring an authentic veranda and a large parking area for two cars. Throughout the day, you can enjoy the unique experience of early birds and beautiful sunsets. The two-story houses are fully equipped and extremely comfortable.

Royal Resort Cosy Cabin met hottub

This Cozy Cabin located in the woods has just that extra touch of luxury. Here you can enjoy and escape the daily hustle and bustle. How about relaxing in your own luxury hot tub? You are surrounded by the sound of birds, rustling leaves and total peace. It's hard to get closer to nature. Of course, your dog is also welcome here, because the garden is completely fenced off. The park is still under construction. You may experience some inconvenience from this.

De Schuilstal

A beautiful wooden vacation home in the outskirts of Hellendoorn, Ommen, Lemele. Close to Pieterpad, Lemelerberg, Sallandse Heuvelrug, Reggedal. Various hiking and biking routes. Especially for horse lovers, you can soon bring your own horse on vacation. There are 2 extra horse boxes available + outdoor riding arena + jumps, paddock and riding options. If you want to bring your horse, this can be done in consultation. Our 4 horses are next to the vacation home.

The Assenhoekje offers space & tranquility

Het Assenhoekje is located in the middle of the meadows and is located on a dead-end road. It offers you a fantastic view and gives you the necessary peace and quiet! The house has room for 5 people. Downstairs you will find the living room and kitchen with garden doors to your own terrace. You will also find an extra bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and a separate bathroom including toilet (see photos).
