Cozy and charming brewery house on farm for rent. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room. Mezzanine with beds and sofa bed in the living room. Partial underfloor heating, wood burning and panel stove. The brewery house is located in the yard on the farm. Here we work with grain, and have sheep, chickens, dogs and cats. You can greet the animals by appointment. There is a short distance to Helgeroa, Nevlunghavn, Stavern and Larvik. Short distance to both freshwater and saltwater baths. Also a short distance to Foldvik family park, Nerdrum museum, escape room, and more.

In Helgeroa you will find the beautiful, sunny Utsikten, which bears its name with right. The idyllic house has been in the family for 120 years and is now newly restored to a high standard. Now you too can enjoy the view, whether it's for vacation or work. There is plenty of space for both large families and colleagues, or come alone. Right nearby awaits Norway's most beautiful coastal path, beaches, restaurants, activities, attractions, farm shop, Menybutikk and everything you need for good days. The rental unit is idyllically located at Indre Viksfjord Nature Reserve. Beautiful lake views and sunset to the west. Living room with direct access to a large, private terrace. Good standard. The apartment is part of the house. Has its own entrance. Parking in the courtyard. Here you need a car. Short walking distance to several popular swimming areas (Ula, Eftang) and great hiking areas. Approx. 20 minutes drive to both Larvik and Sandefjord city center, with ferry connection via Color Line. Approx. 30 min to Torp Airport.

Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is located on a fantastic view plot on Bjønnåsen cottage yard. Panoramic views in tranquil surroundings with nature right outside. The cabin is small but you have access to most of the facilities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.

We rent out our beautiful, new cabin at Seivall - a perfect place for those who want quiet days overlooking the fjord, morning and evening baths, and crab fishing right from the jetty. The cabin has a west-facing location with sun from morning to evening, and is located high and free on a mountain knoll with stunning views of the beautiful Eidangerfjorden. Two great beaches are only 250 m away, so the bathing opportunities are many and easily accessible.

This place to stay is truly one of a kind and has to be experienced. The bus has everything you need and a little more. Top modern kitchen and bathroom. Barbecue with seating on your own patio. Large bed for 2 adults and pull-out daybed, (1 adult or 2 children) Wi-Fi and smart TV. The bus was completely renovated in the autumn of 2022 to a bright, modern, cozy and completely private tiny house on wheels. The bus is parked in our large garden with walking distance to the beach. It comes with 2 bicycles.

Bright, modern, central, and peaceful 3 room apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator. The apartment is located in idyllic Helgeroa. Here all possibilities are open to live an active outdoor life/coastal trail or to enjoy lazy days on a beach or rock. Søndersrødtunet is just nearby. The apartment consists of a bright and large living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and small entrance. The living room is furnished with a sofa, TV and dining table with 4 chairs. Large bedroom has a double bed.

Cozy southern gem, close to sea

Cozy cabin, close to sea with a sea view and nice outdoor areas. The main cabin has a living room, a dining area and kitchen. 2 bedrooms (2+2 beds) and a combustion toilet in a separate room. Large glass windows on both sides, gives a light and open atmosphere. In the living room. Furthermore, there is an annex of 15 sqm, with 2 family bunk beds and a TV (Apple TV only). Recommended number of guests: 4-6 adults + children. Max 8 persons all together . This because of the combustion toilet.

Modern and attractive house with 3 bedrooms. The house is located quietly, in the middle of a cul-de-sac with a fantastic view over the Larviksfjord, where sea and sky meet. This is recreation for the soul and a good place to be. Live with the sea right in front of you and the beautiful Bøkeskogen right behind. You have everything within reach; Bølgen cultural centre, Indre Havn, beach, Spa, town, restaurants, hiking, coastal path, training, transport. Everything within a 5-10 minute walk.

It was brand new in summer 2024 and contains everything you could wish for in a modern cabin. Being by the sea is great all year round, not just in the summer!

The cabin has sun from early morning until late evening. Electricity included. Free use of Wi-Fi, courtesy Starlink. 65" TV with Google TV. The view over the fjord must be experienced. Enjoy it from the living room, kitchen, main bedroom, or the spacious covered terrace. The cabin is secluded and private, with ample open space towards the sea and a large pier (approximately 15sqm) belonging to the cabin, which can be freely used to enjoy the sunset or crab fishing.

I Mikrohytta Kronen kan du kose deg ute ved bålpanna. Du kan også tilbringe kvelden med å se på stjernene fra soverommet. Hytta har anneks med en liten dobbeltseng som skrår innover, perfekt om du liker det lite og intimt. Toalett ligger i tilknytning til anneks. Det er ett koselig felleskjøkken Smia på stedet hvor du finner alt du trenger til matlaging. Vi har egen strand og tilbyr kano og sup utleie. Vi har også aktiviteter som pil og bue, øksekast og luftgevær.
