We had a great experience during the stay. This is an ideal option for large families who prefer a quiet and safe environment. The basement gets a bit chilly and dryer wasn’t working but overall a very helpful host and good property

My stay at Michael's was wonderful. We gathered and wanted to barbecue. The house was very large and matched the description. We were very pleased. Special thanks to the caretaker – he even helped us with the barbecue. We didn't have enough coal, but he brought us wood and saved us. Thanks again for everything!

The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The upstairs study room was great for doing some work and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

We were allowed to stay at Anna's place for a week. The place is exactly as it is described. Anna was always available for us. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and we lacked nothing. We definitely recommend this place!

We had a great time in Vienna in this very nice house. The living room is spacious and welcoming, the sunny terrace without a view is perfect for relaxing, and the immediate proximity of the woods allows for magnificent walks – ideal when traveling with a dog! The house was very clean, well-equipped, and parking is easy. The bedding is comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was very responsive, always available by message, and attentive to the smooth running of our stay. Bonus: we found delicious organic honey right next door, and the Otto Wagner villa with its beautiful stained glass windows is only a 5-minute drive. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the center of Vienna. A place we would definitely recommend!

Will come again any time. Angelika is completely straightforward and super friendly. The cottage is cozy and very nicely located.

Nadine was very flexible. We were able to move into the accommodation before the specified date. Nadine and Jürgen were very friendly and helpful. If you like it quieter, this is the place to be.

We stayed for a longer term and I can tell this was a great stay! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and comfortable. Not to mention that the house is spacious and clean. Matthias was very friendly and nice, he always wondered if we are enjoying the stay and if we need anything. In other words, this house was worth it's price for sure! :) Thank you very much!

The place was perfect for my wife and I along with our son and even our dog! While we live in Vienna, it provided a well-needed getaway with a pool and amazing backyard with amazing space. One of my favorite places!

It was my first booking through Airbnb and a little skeptical. However, Erik was always available in advance and answered all questions. Since we had a slightly longer drive, I thought it was good that we were allowed to move into the house at 2 p.m. Erik was on site greeted us in a friendly way and explained and showed everything well. We were 6 adults and a 12 year old. Everyone had a great place to sleep and plenty of space. The highlight is probably the pool in the garden. However, not usable in early May. All around we were really very satisfied and will not have been there for the last time. Thank you Erik for the great place and the on-site service.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Michi's! The rooms were clean and spacious, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches in every corner. Our only regret was the rainy weather, and our only wish, that we had stayed longer. Dear Michi, thank you so much for your warm welcome and for being so helpful throughout our stay. It was a great decision to take this dwelling on the 17th floor! Great view, everything you need, the pool is fantastic! The connection to the U3 is easily accessible on foot! Even was super helpful and easy to reach! The apartment is equipped with the most important things! We loved it, even our 80-year-old mom!

We spent a week in the beautiful villa at the beginning of June 2025. The place is really very large, very high quality and individually/artistically equipped. There are numerous ways to relax in the garden, by the pool, on the terrace, on the balcony or in the winter garden. Everything is also available in the kitchen. The landscape is an absolute dream, right outside the front door there is beautiful nature (meadows, forests, mountains). You can hike and ride MTB excellently (very many trails -> absolute highlight :-)). There are also many "normal" bike paths where you can relax and ride to Mödling (10 min) or Vienna (about 60 min). By car, you can easily reach Vienna city center in about 30 minutes. Also super easy by train from Mödling. There are two supermarkets very close by. Communication with the landlords was impeccable, they are very friendly and helpful. Electric charging station for cars just 100 meters away.

Sylvia was so responsive from the initial booking through our entire stay. She was wonderful to work with and made sure we really felt at home. The location and the accommodation was so impressive and so excellent for the price. The pool and the area really made this stand out. This is a host and location that you want to stay with and at!

We had four wonderful days in Gioia's apartment. We didn't miss anything in the apartment, very nicely furnished, you feel right at home. The highlight is the great roof terrace.❤️ Various shopping facilities are within walking distance and the stop right outside the door is perfect, so you can easily get to the city center. We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Tarkan was extremely kind and helpful with all of our needs. The apartment was clean and cozy, with great WiFi and good, quick access to all of the main attractions we wanted to visit via the metro. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Vienna.

Very nice place to stay in Vienna. In a quiet neighborhood but very well connected to downtown, 15 minutes by tram. Katharina is very friendly. He always answered and gave us the very clear arrival instructions. Recommended
