The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

A full bathroom (with separate toilet), a complete kitchen, a large bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a stereo system are also in the house. Your safety is also taken care of, because Lotte and Frieda (Golden Retrievers) look after the property, so you have to like dogs.

Deer and rabbits often stop by the adjacent pasture; in the spring and summer, bird concerts are part of the standard program. In cloudless weather, a wonderful starry sky without light pollution.
