A large shopping mall and supermarkets are open 7 days.

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. It is a quiet spot behind the dunes in the village of Wijk aan Zee, on walking distance (10 min.) from the widest beach of Holland. The bus station is 2 minutes away, and the train station 8 minutes away from Amsterdam, Haarlem, and Alkmaar. From the studio, it is 10 minutes from the DFDS Seaways ferry line connecting IJmuiden to New Castle.......... a private studio near Amsterdam... A wonderful bike ride in the dunes. The studio has its own entrance.

Our quietly located garden bungalow in Castricum offers space for a family with 1 child + baby or up to 3 adults + baby. Standard price is for 2 people; an extra adult is €30 per night; a baby (0-2 years) is €10 per night. All rooms are on the ground floor, and part of the garden (including furniture) is available to guests. The house is 5 km from the beach and 400 meters from the train station. Good connections to Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmaar, Hoorn, Utrecht or Zandvoort.

A beautiful vacation home located in the bustling Heemskerk, less than 20 minutes bike ride from the beach. Enjoy the area, and then relax in the sunny garden. Get some nice food at the supermarket across the street and cook for yourself in the new kitchen. Close to major cities such as Haarlem, Alkmaar and Amsterdam. At the beginning of 2022, everything was taken care of, almost everything is new. All in all, a pleasant vacation for several people.

Loft in old fire station of Wijk aan Zee

Come and stay in the old Wilhelminaschool from 1884. In a quiet street is our building that was once built as a school, then served as a fire station and where we now live. This third classroom has been refurbished with a lot of love and patience and has now been transformed into a cozy 70m2 loft. Because the space has an open staircase and fairly open balustrade, the apartment is not suitable for small children. Kids from 7 years old are welcome.

It offers a warm playful atmosphere with a lovely pellet stove in the living room and a lovely kitchen that is fully equipped. The cottage is equipped with every comfort such as a dishwasher, music system, fast WiFi, TV and air conditioning. Please note: the Tiny House is not accessible by public transport, private transport is necessary.

"Adults only" stay in horse stable with skyview

Staying on a farm with cows, horses, sheep, chickens, and dogs. The B&B is unique, come enjoy the National Park, beach, sea and the city of Haarlem a stone's throw away. A fantastic place to relax and enjoy the sky view from the bed at any type of weather. Rural and yet again close to the village. Horseback riding is not possible, but petting and visiting are of course possible!
