Monthly Rentals in Heavitree

A really good find and so central for our requirements, especially as we could walk to one of the two venues for the celebrations we attended. Handy for the bus into the city centre and the High Street had a coop, pubs, two Indian restaurants and a super Deli. The house was very cosy and the beds were wonderful. The shower was fabulous too. It’s a great Airbnb which we would both recommend and use again. There was fresh milk in the fridge to go with the tea and coffee and some extremely nice hot cross buns left for us, a lovely touch and much appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and had no problem parking when we did use the car, the car park area was good. It’s a hidden gem which I’m glad I found in my search.

The flat was super and ideally located for us. Beautiful property. Only observation is that the outside staircase is very steep - we coped as did our dogs (just) but I would not like to negotiate them after a few drinks! There were of course set out in the description of the property but a photo might have helped. Otherwise super and would definately book again.

Rachel is a Brillant host and made our clien feel right at home while he was staying at the apartment! She was very respectful and provided him with everything he needed for his stay over the Christmas period and was super friendly! I 100% recommend this lovely place. And I will definitely be looking into booking with Rachel again for future actors who work with us!

Duncan was very helpful and responsive throughout my stay. I stayed here for a long period of time and it had everything I needed. There’s a dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, food scales. The underfloor heating is good. Big windows, lots of natural light and also sky lights. The air bnb was exceptionally clean. Really comfy bed. Drawers under the stairs where I left my shoes. Overall a really great air bnb - thank you Duncan :)
