This 60's insurance agency, turned midcentury modern house, is located 1/2 block to main street- walk to food, shopping & FHSU! There are two bedrooms, and one bathroom all on one floor (no stairs!) with a walk in shower and vintage blue sink. Kitchen with coffee, cooking supplies and farm fresh eggs (in season). Cotton towels and sheets. Enjoy the vintage record player and and a madmen style bar set.

Excellent small home right in the middle of downtown Hays. Only 2 blocks from FHSU, The Water Park, Restaurants, Bars, and Shops! Our place is great for FHSU parents traveling for Athletics, Alumni, Families and Travelers. Also enjoy Big Creek & an 18 hole disc golf course only a block away! The Space Small and charming 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin style house completely remodeled in 2016. Guest access Entire house. Other Notes Cabin has floor furnace and is not ideal for crawling toddlers.

Welcome to your cozy stay in Russell, Kansas. This house was built in 1976 by Jack and Elaine Holmes . It features a garage to park you car in during the cold Kansas winter. Often you could find Elaine baking a pies/bierocks in her large Kitchen . Great for family get togethers, couples. and jut traveling through. This residence is handicap friendly with a ramp into the residence and one floor. It features a large fenced in back yard and a attached porch. The sunsets are amazing.

In the small town of Munjor. Just a few minutes from the Hays Airport and 6 miles from I70. Soak in the claw tub with a book (take one home) and a complimentary drink for those of age. Plenty of free parking on the property. Dorrance is a very safe, family friendly, area. Wilson Lake is a short drive away where you can swim, hike, bike, fish, boat, and kayak!

A Single House-1B1B

AQ house is a old small independent house and renovated in 2023. It located in Hays center, walking distance to FHSU, water park, strip mall, restaurants... And it is simple ，only one master bedroom in total, one living room and one kitchen. And the basement is storage room (the door to the basement is locked). So no need to share except with the person you are traveling with. Parking : one free driveway parking in the front yard (18' Lx9'W ).

The Hideaway

This sweet hideaway is nestled in the historic heart of downtown Hays! This little hideaway is surrounded by rich history as it sits in the historic district of Hays. Built in 1918 as a hotel, Luke and Julisa Haines renovated it in 2015 wanting to preserve the history of this building as much as they could while adding to it its modern amenities. If these walls could speak oh the stories they would tell.
