Inside there is underfloor heating, so is warm and cosy. Close to the River Otter, with beautiful walks along the river and through ancient woodland, plus the East Devon Footpath passing along the lane outside. There are local pubs to walk to and just a 10 minute drive from the seaside town of Sidmouth.
