Our cosy and renovated house is ideally located near the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park, Nigloland amusement park, the Charles de Gaulle Memorial, and the famous City Troyes. Nature, relaxation, and new discoveries await you! Conveniently situated less than 1 km from the A5 highway and just 30 minutes from Nigloland, our village offers a café/restaurant, a bakery, a pharmacy, and a gas station/mecanic.

It was with great pleasure that we renovated this house while keeping its soul. Everything is designed to make sure that you do not miss anything. House on a 100 m2 floor located on a quiet street in Montier-en-Der. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (SENSEO), open to the living room including a living room. Located on the borders of Champagne and Burgundy, on the edge of the National Forest Park, this pleasant, comfortable and warm house invites you to a soothing stay in the countryside. Equipped with full amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ping-pong table, board games. Guests will enjoy a 1 ha park with pond, geese and horses. You will travel the surrounding country roads thanks to two electric bikes and an urban bike at your disposal.

The Charm of the Lake

House on the lake, pleasant and quiet. Fireplace! Very comfortable for holidays or work. Terrace, garden, orchard accessible to guests. You will be 100 meters from the beach and the nautical base (pedal boat, canoe...). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5 km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.

Welcome to this small country house for 4 people + baby (baby cot) located 12 minutes from the toll and 15 minutes from Langres with its ramparts and 4 lakes. Beds are ready and towels are provided. Possibility of breakfast for €5/person with milk, coffee, Ricorée, tea, herbal teas, chocolate, rusks, sliced bread, butter, homemade jam, fruit juice, compote, chocolate cereals, oatmeal. Heating with pellet stove.

WIGWAM the stars as a backdrop

the wigwam is a dome-shaped tent which makes it a very cozy place. Its upper part is transparent, allowing its occupants to fully enjoy the outdoors while being comfortably installed in their bed. At night, the stars offer you a 360° view, during the day, it's the trees, birds and sky that you can contemplate at leisure. a special atmosphere with Lake Der on the horizon. Nature awaits you for special moments.

The Loevenbrück family welcomes you to the exceptional setting of their 19th-century home, with its park, pond, woods and gardens. As well as being a place steeped in history, our house is a haven of peace, inviting you to relax and enjoy the simple things in life. We are winemakers in the Côtes de Toul AOC, so you can taste our wines on-site or take them home as a souvenir.

On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.
