Floor: Landing with toilet-lavabo access, two bedrooms . Outside: Closed house with two terraces, a large garden, barbecue and garden furniture.

We only offer by reservation a tour of our Champagne Binon-Coquard estate, located in Spoy and enjoy a tasting. We are located 15 min from nigloland.

My accommodation is next to the hospital, clinic & gendarmerie school. It is good for couples, solo or businessman. It is located on a busy street, very quiet, you can easily park in a private courtyard with a location. 5 minute walk there is a grocery store open until 11pm and just across the street from the bakery. You will access the city center within 10 minutes.
