This stunning modern house is just 150 metres from beautiful Whangamata surf beach voted no. 1 beach in NZ in Jan. 2018. Accommodation is on the UPSTAIRS LEVEL OF THIS HOUSE. Two bedrooms, bathroom , lounge , dining room & kitchen Plus decks & large double garage. Check photos. The bottom level is not occupied. For larger families or friends we do rent the whole house as an option & price is by negotiation. The ground level has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 , its own bathroom, lounge and kitchen

There is 1 cabin with bedroom ,1 with kitchenette and couch and 1 with toilet and shower....Private, next to bush and stream with view of the mountain..There is lots of outdoor space to relax in..with outdoor fireplace...the sound of running water..bush... close to rail trail..and bush walks, in the heart of gold mining history. lf you like peace and nature you will be happy here. Fabulous on Thames coast. Stylish, well appointed 1 bedroom cottage, open plan living, dining, kitchen with direct access to lovely outdoor relaxation areas. A quiet haven off the main road, only 100 mtrs easy walk to beach reserve and fishing. Enjoy the birdsong, sunrise and daytime hours in the shady, tropical garden at the rear of the house with its generous outdoor seating and dining facilities, and take in the sunset from the deck and coastal garden in the front of the house.

Situated in an idyllic valley and only 300 mt to Pauanui Lakes Resort golf course, and club house. Ideal for families that enjoy a peaceful setting yet only a 7 minute drive to arguably one of the nicest beaches in NZ. Pauanui beach has a surf beach one side and a swimming estuary on the other. if you are into cycling there is a nice bike track across the road that takes you along the river to town. Take the ferry to Tairua or explore many walking tracks and swimming holes.

Just like a good wine, this centrally located holiday home at the north end of Waihi Beach with all the toys is best enjoyed with good friends and family. Great location, just mins walk from shops and beach plus local fav beachfront Flat White Café. Lots of extras (pool table, ping pong, volleyball and pétanque court, boat garage, bbq and outdoor area, PlayStation, unlimited wifi and Netflix) 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 10, perfectly set up for groups of family and friends.
