A wonderful house with beautiful surroundings. We've loved our stay in Solingen! Anna and Max are very friendly, helpful and sweet. We highly recommend it.

Everything was exactly as described and we could have checked in even earlier if we had made it 😁 The kitchen is also excellent. Everything was nice and clean and there were also towels for everyone. We felt very comfortable, thank you for that 💕

The night at Monika's place was a gift for my parents. Both loved the room. Super clean, decorated for Christmas and very comfortable! Monika is a great hostess and even drove my parents to the Veltins Arena! I can only recommend the property!

Jens welcomed us at really short notice. The property was clean and modern, with off street parking. Jens also showed us his tiny house and tree house, which are also on AirB&B, so check them out for a unique experience. Would definitely recommend it, and it’s great for families.

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. The place was as described. Landlord totally nice and accommodating. Location is great with adjacent forest and not far from Movie Park. The shopping center in Oberhausen can be reached quickly. Very quiet and beautiful living, yet central for us. Highly recommended.

Wolfgang's place was very cosy. We stayed there as 4 friends for a night and we had a great time. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and tidy. Check-in was easy with a smart lock. The only (minor) problem was the parking. There is no parking available on the promises (which is also listed in the description) but we were able to find parking across from the street after driving around a bit. So, be prepared to park a bit far and walk with your luggages (if you have any).

Great modern place with lots of space. Car can be parked in the garage. Kitchen and bathroom are like new. Hosts are super welcoming and accommodating. I saved this place under my favorites and can absolutely recommend it.

From the start, Angelika was friendly and informative but not intrusive and after the first instructions she gave us privacy. The apartment is very well equipped and Angelika even got milk, juice, and chocolate for us! She also gets all the points for cleanliness because the apartment is spotless. I had a fantastic stay at Klaus’s apartment in Essen. The flat was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked—it truly had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Klaus was a gracious and kind host, providing his personal number and always being readily available for any questions. The apartment is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but still within walking distance of the Hauptbahnhof, making it very convenient for getting around. If I’m ever back in Essen, I’ll definitely consider staying at Klaus’s place again!

Hi Barbara, the apartment has a very good location to the Luisenviertel. Public transport and suspension train are close by. There are only 2 stations to the train station, very convenient for me. E.g. for excursions to Düsseldorf by S-Bahn (30 min) or regional train (20 min). For me as a single traveler, the apartment had everything I needed. Every little thing was thought of, amenities perfect. For me, the parking space in the courtyard was very important. But I was able to leave the car most of the time. I'd love to come back when I'm in Wuppertal. Best regards, Frank

The property is easily accessible by public transport. Short walks to the nearest shopping. Everything is quiet all around. All in all a really nice place

Karin’s place was definitely worth the money! Very cozy with beautiful views. Train station is not a far walk either.

Pre-communication with Florian was great, apartment clean and as described, I'd love to come back.

I rented the apartment again and was very satisfied. Super location (supermarket, etc. within walking distance), very clean, never had problems finding a parking space and felt very comfortable again! (:

The floor we had at our disposal is beautifully renovated and equipped with all comforts. Especially nice for two people, but with two folding beds also with four. Highly recommended, also for longer stays.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Wuppertal. Everything was right here: the communication with Cordula, the amenities and the loving, stylish, modern furnishings - all to our taste; not least the location on the Ölberg, in the Luisenviertel with many small beautiful shops and localities. And because we couldn't try everything in 2 days - we'll be back next year :-)

Not to criticise the photography, but the apartment is actually much better than it looks in the pictures. Considering it is the host’s own apartment, it was very clean and organised. Great decor and excellent appliances. The host was very helpful, friendly, generous, and quick to respond to any requests. The terrace is gorgeous and definitely needs to be enjoyed, including the sunsets you can catch while cooking in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend to my friends!

It was our second stay at the apartment and we were very satisfied as last time. Very spacious, very tidy and the Arcadeon was easily accessible on foot. Communication and check-in went smoothly.
