The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partially built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is half an hour away.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Original and spacious Pipo wagon with a cozy decor and wonderful beds. The Pipo has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and an extra fold-out bed. It has its own bathroom and children's play area. The Pipo has a spacious enclosed garden on the child-friendly but quiet Camping de Zandkuil in Heerde. With an outdoor swimming pool, directly on the heath and forest and within cycling distance of the Heerderstrand. There are five bicycles available. A lovely place.

Our B&B is located in Oldebroek, centrally located on the nature-rich Veluwe with its many cycling routes and hiking trails. The Room Our B&B has all the comforts. A living room and a complete kitchen. In our bedroom with mural, there is room for two people. The house is also equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine.

Cozy cottage between city and IJssel

Welcome to 't Sinkhofje, where everything is available for a few wonderful days. Through a private entrance, you can reach the kitchen and the small but comfortable living room. On the first floor, you will find the bathroom and the bedroom with two single box springs. Outside on your own terrace, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.
Our cottage is within walking distance of the beautiful IJssel. The old town of Zwolle can be reached in fifteen minutes by bike.

Cottage under the mill

This house is located between the Anton Pieck and the Voerman Museum. With authentic stained glass windows and a picturesque look from the 70s, it is the perfect place for a special experience. When you stay in my cottage, you can enjoy the tranquility and beautiful surroundings of Hattem. The historic center is within walking distance and offers cozy cafes, restaurants and shops. Moreover, you are close to nature, with beautiful hiking and biking routes nearby.

This cozy chalet is located on the edge of a quiet, green and small-scale park with charming cottages, surrounded by the nature of the Veluwe. Awaken to birdsong and spot squirrels in the garden. In front of the chalet runs a path with only destination traffic. Walk or bike up the woods and heath directly from the park. Visit the Hanseatic cities of Hattem, Zwolle or Kampen. Restaurants are 4km away. A nice place for those looking for peace, nature and comfort.

Bring your bike or rent a bike in our village or put on your walking shoes to optimally enjoy the Veluwe. Or come and relax and unwind in our tiny house that is equipped with all conveniences. B&B De Boomgaard

B&B De Boomgaard is located near the village of Heerde, between the IJssel Valley and Veluwe forests, on the A50 between Apeldoorn and Zwolle. The detached cottage is over 40 m2 and furnished for 2 people, equipped with all the comforts such as underfloor heating with a pellet stove, Wi-Fi, smart TV, combi microwave/oven, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker. For hikers, there are two bicycles available to cycle to the village.

Eek: apartment in the Old Town

In the city center of Hanzestad Zwolle is this historic, small mansion, where you have a fully private space with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The building dates from 1906 and still contains authentic elements such as old panel doors and stained glass windows. The apartment is accessed by a (steep) staircase and covers 2 floors. It is therefore not suitable for people with mobility problems. Suitable for 2 people, no pets allowed.
