Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Hatillo

Lydia’s place was close to the ocean in quiet Hatillo. There were lots of small tide pools to float in and you can beach comb in the morning. This is not a tourist community, but there are a few Air BnBs popping up. The house had comfy beds and beach towels. We would stay here again when visiting PR.

Fantastic rental. Owners are very attentive, and took care of our needs whenever necessary. for example, we had a beach umbrella snap. Within an hour, they had a replacement umbrella, and two additional beach chairs delivered. Extremely convenient location, within minutes to great restaurants, and an amazing beach. The house was cleaner than described, and, the back patio was wonderful for evening dinners and drinks. Would highly recommend them.

What a great stay! Felt amazing and a beautiful home. I loved the jacuzzi and the backyard. The hosts were super and loved the cute kitty next door. I would definitely stay here again, close to everything and quiet at night. Thank you all.

This was a beautiful place to stay, there was the added benefit of a garage. It was just as it was described on the listing. We did have a little trouble finding it but the host and her husband were very responsive and got us there. We loved these accommodations and re o mend highly to anyone planning a vacation in Puerto Rico!

Izzy's place was nice and cozy very clean. walking distance to the beach ⛱️ and near to restaurants. good communication,highly recommended.

This home is so nicely decorated, it was clean and the pool was so nice to have in the evening after all your daily activities! We really enjoyed our stay at this home!! This location has everything near it literally! The beach is two minutes away. Walmart is two minutes away and it has numerous locations to eat nearby!! Sandra was a great host. She recommended locations for us to dine, activity to try in that area and when an issue with the master bath shower occurred she had it resolved within a couple hours!! Overall this was a very relaxing vacation and I hope to be able to come back and visit this home with my children! Thank you again for everything Sandra!! It was amazing 😊

Beautiful home. Very clean and comfortable. Eva is an amazing host. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Nelly was proactive and super-helpful before we arrived. Everything was as she'd described. The kitchen had plenty of dishes/pans; the bed was comfortable; she had a welcome note with some tips; she responded to questions within minutes. We did have an area-wide power outage, but her generator kicked right in! She also had a little welcome "kit" with some goodies for us. Only one suggestion: the hot water in the shower, when using the plug/electricity, was quite hot. (But I will add that in most of the island, the water often is lukewarm, and doesn't get hot enough. :-) One comment: It was very quiet and peaceful, and the backyard was great for our dog, too. However, on weekend evenings, you could hear car noise/cars going too fast in the area. Nothing that an owner can do about that; just a comment if you need a super-quiet place to stay. One especially great surprise: her homemade sangria! So good! Highly recommend!

Andres was there to welcome us and he made sure that we had every thing that we needed. He has a good write up of things to do in the area. He stopped by everyday to see how we were doing. He helped us get our laundry done. He introduced us to some local products, including coffee, cheese, and fruit. We were able to cook our meals in the kitchen. The location is good and quiet except for some usual noises common with country living. He is a friendly, interesting guy and will give you some insights into the local culture. He does alright in English and is striving to improve.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Hatillo. The space was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with ample parking and a fully equipped kitchen that made my stay very comfortable. The drive to the property was smooth, and the location is secure, conveniently close to fast food spots and local restaurants. I was working at the Arecibo Observatory, and this location was ideal—just a pleasant 20-minute drive with no traffic and beautiful countryside views along the way. The facilities were excellent and made for a relaxing stay after work. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, whether for work or leisure.

Michael is very responsive. The property is very easy to get to and the ocean view is spectacular. The park across the street is great to exercise and if you have kids they have a very nice area for them. The A/C in the living room cools the entire home at night. You don't really need it during the day as the breeze is phenomenal. The price was great. The furniture is outdated but you have everything you need.

I loved my stay! The neighborhood is quiet many locals live there you can tell, the room is in back of the home, easy directions. I felt safe the whole time and I traveled alone. Cozy place. Bed was extremely comfortable to me. Washer and dryer worked well, they even have a skillet and a portable double burner and some utensils and pans if you felt like cooking. (I enjoyed all the locals food) Only thing would be washing the dishes in the bathroom sink. But it was worth every penny and my favorite part of all was the beach being literal walking distance, you can hear both the beach waves and the coquis when you sit in back by the pool. I highly recommend this place for a little getaway and it’s big enough for a couple to enjoy as well.

Jeanette and Maria and her husband were extremely accommodating to our last-minute booking. The host escorted us with their car an hour after we booked on the same day to their location. The home was very beautiful very clean and they even offered us free mangoes from their mango tree, I highly recommend anyone visiting the area to use their location

Lissette was very responsive and friendly. Nice spot close to the Main Street #2. The house is nice, comfortable beds. Overall a nice spot to stay if you’re gonna be out all day exploring and you’re just coming back to rest.

Un lugar limpio, tranquilo y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias tranquilos de playa. A muy corta distancia de Manglillo, Playa Santa y La Jungla y a comoda distancia de Punta Ballena y La Parguera. Tiene muy buen precio por lo que ofrece.

This rental provided a comfortable and memorable stay. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area. An unexpected issue arose with our rental car during the trip. Thankfully, the host offered a helpful solution, easing our concerns. We truly appreciate the host's assistance and hospitality shown by both Wilfredo and his wife. I would highly recommend this rental to others.

The apartment is stunning! Location is perfect, beach and grocery store are close. Easy access to the apartment complex and the apartment itself. There was nothing lacking for our needs. Super convenient to have a washer and dryer as well and AC units that accommodated each individuals needs their room. The coffee (Cafe Rico) was just the way we like it and coffee maker. I would say the only drawback is it’s on the 4th floor. It’s my fault for not checking prior to booking: we had a 65 year old with us who did fine, it just took a little longer to get up the steps. I recommend parking in the assigned parking space but close to the road versus close to the parking stop/bumper. Reason: it left opportunity for someone to park behind us which was quickly resolved. Otherwise, we had a great stay and the design of the apartment is clean, classy and comfortable.

This beautiful beach front condo is like heaven on earth. The view of the ocean from the balcony along with the lull of the ocean waves from the bedroom made it feel like absolute paradise. The place was equipped with everything we could possibly need throughout our stay including a beach wagon and toys. We felt very safe and secure as the condo is in a gated community. Elmira was so friendly and responsive! We are already planning our next trip to this amazing condo on this beautiful island.

Accurate listing, clean and modern, everything that is needed is provided, clear instructions, and location was the perfect drive to the mall, restaurants, and downtown. We enjoyed our time in Ponce and the Airbnb was a big reason.

My sisters and I had the pleasure of staying at Carolyn's place, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The apartment was exactly as described — clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony was amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful personal touches throughout the unit.... The location was perfect! It was close to great beaches and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the area. Carolyn provided excellent recommendations for local spots that we absolutely loved. The communication with Carolyn was seamless. She was always quick to respond and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay there again. We look forward to it!

Excelente lugar, me sentía comoda como estar en mi casa. Mi familia y yo descansamos ya que es un lugar tranquilo. Denisse es excelente anfritiona y siempre esta al pendiente, eso me gusto. El lugar es centrico queda cerca de todo y de fácil acceso. Lo que se ve en las fotos es lo que uno encuentra en el lugar y esta muy limpio. Lo recomiendo al 100% y me quedaria nuevamente.
