Approached by a long private driveway and surrounded by open fields, access to the accommodation is via the external staircase. Donkeys Rosie and Mollie and the sheep roam peacefully in the adjoining meadows. The Cartlodge makes an ideal base for exploring the countryside with the market town of Woodbrige and and the popular Sutton Hoo site just 10 miles away.

The house is a converted coach house set in beautiful gardens and an ideal base from which to explore the area's many attractions. The Cottage is at the end of a pretty tree-lined drive set in the 12 acre grounds of Street Farm. It is a beautiful setting with water meadow and streams, surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. The cottage is detached and well away from the farmhouse making it a wonderfully peaceful and secluded place to relax. There are many footpaths to explore straight from the Cottage, with both the River Deben and Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve in easy walking distance.
