Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

You can hike or bike from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar, but also the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are just around the corner.

The apartment is located in a large, once architecturally groundbreaking holiday resort from the 1970s (The Bauwelt of 1973 is in the apartment). In summer with hammock and outdoor pool, in winter with indoor pool and saunas. There is also a fitness center in the house. Everything is included.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

The short way to the surrounding adventure parks such as the Edelwies, d'Rodelbahn St. Englmar as well as the TV-known Waldwipfelweg is just beautiful. Directly from the house you can reach various bike and hiking trails as well as the beautiful Perlbachtal with its Kneipp pools and many opportunities to explore nature.

Mountain cabin on the Grandsberg

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in an absolutely idyllic location. Enjoy the unique view at 800 m altitude into the Bavarian Forest and the Gäuboden. You can set off on beautiful hikes directly from the property. Particularly recommended are the Hirschenstein (with lookout tower, at 1052 m) and the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.
