The penthouse apartment has everything you need. The view is fantastic. What was annoying was the parking situation. But the landlords can't do anything about that. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back next year

Very nice and newly furnished apartment in a perfect location vis-a-vis the small lake! We even received small welcome gifts! 🤗 Communication with Nicole was prompt, extremely precise and very friendly. The entrance and the exterior facade of the former hotel is outdated; but should not deter.

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night in this beautiful apartment. A wonderfully beautifully designed interior with conservatory and balcony. Very clean and very friendly contact. We will be happy to come back.

Rita is very kind! Responds quickly. For a family of 2 adults + 2 children (1.5 years old and 6 years old)+ 1 dog fits the holiday apartment fine. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Feel free to come back again!

We have been to the Harz several times with holidays. This apartment is great. There is everything you need, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, space for games for our son (3.5 years). There is also a swimming pool downstairs, and a game room. It snowed a few days before our arrival. That was beautiful. The paths were easily accessible and we carved and hiked wonderfully.

The apt is brand new, spacious and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and easy parking in the back of the house. The ground floor apartment is at street level and the window of one of the rooms is directly on the bus stop - there’s a curtain that helps with privacy. It’s a 20 mm walking distance to the center with some food options nearby. We arrived late and had some issues but the staff were very friendly and responsive.

We were very satisfied and can only recommend this place from Jolanda. In the huge communal garden you could relax superbly and you had your privacy. We were able to really switch off from big city life. In the common hallway there were many games that you could borrow. So you could have a nice game night. The only thing we were missing was an ashtray on the balcony. There was only one communal trash can outside the front door. But otherwise everything tip top 😊

Astrid was a great hostess, helpful and always quick to respond. The apartment was clean and quiet and everything from check in to check out was easy.

A very nice place with plenty of space and a cozy atmosphere. The apartment is in a great location: You can quickly reach the city, the castle park or the forest and hike many routes from there. There are many tourist highlights nearby. The highlight of the accommodation is the sauna, which we were able to make good use of after our winter hikes. The contact with the hostess was very pleasant, which contributed to feeling good.
