Beautiful Appartment with free parking lot

This is a furnished one bedroom appartment in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 10 min by a car from the main transtation and the city centre. The appartment has a double bed. There is a park, a bakery, a supermarket and a shopping mall near by. In case you need something specific during your stay, feel free to ask, so we can try to extend the equipment. The whole appartment got renovated in 2021, so everything is quite new. There is also a washing machine+dryer. We look forward to host you :)

One steeper staircase to 1st floor, bath (shower) & hall (ground floor). Curtains, blinds except in bathroom (milky glass, garden). Key locker. Own lockable cellar (2 sledges, for bike, ski) if needed. Close to all sights, hikes, swim (Herzb. Teich). Near to Wernigerode, Quedlinburg, Thale.

Unter der Dachschräge befindet sich eine Küchenecke, die für einfache Gerichte, Kaffee/Tee ausgestattet ist. Im Bad Dusche und WC, im SZ ein Holz-Bett 140x200 cm mit neuer höherer Matratze +Topper und 1 Schrank. Im WZ steht eine Eckcouch, die Platz für 1 Person zum schlafen bietet, 1 Sessel, TV und ein Essplatz für 3 Personen. W-Lan vorhanden.

To the trade fair only about 20 minutes by car. -A queen size bed, mattress, sofa bed (all open, no enclosed spaces) -Small cooking facility -Nespresso coffee machine - Dishes, pots, some things are still missing, e.g. a refrigerator. Nearby are a supermarket, bakery and recommended gastronomy. We are also cheap for hikers and cyclists.

My "Schüppchen" is located in the beautiful village of Stapelburg in the Harz between Wernigerode and Bad Harzburg/ Goslar. Last year, a "rumbled shed" was created a true gem with a lot of love for detail. My accommodation is located on a quiet side street. Parking is available directly in front of the house. The "scoop" is hidden behind my house and can be reached via a comfortable external staircase.
